Some helpful hints for drill:

 

• Read the POD carefully so you arrive in the right uniform and bring the right uniforms and things with you.  

• Be on time!  Look at the times on the POD! 

• Eat breakfast!!

• Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!

• Look at your ID - is it expired?  Does it expire soon?  Let's come up with a game plan to fix this.

• If you are unable to attend drill, use your chain of command to let the unit know.

• Haircuts are a must.  Ensure your boots are shined.

• If you keep everything in your seabag prior to drill, you won't leave anything behind. Don't come to drill unprepared!
